The Regional Institute hosted a public information Web site on the 2007 federal relicensing of the Niagara Power Project, a key policy issue for the Buffalo Niagara region. The creation of the Web site was solicited and sponsored by the bi-county Western New York Relicensing Consensus Committee, which worked to ensure public participation in relicensing process.
