Lecture: The Four Seasons - Perspectives of Midlife and Older Erie County Residents

Dr. Debra Street, associate professor with the UB Department of Sociology and lead researcher on the Four Seasons initiative, delivered a lecture on findings of a survey of Erie County's age 50-plus population. The lecture took place July 9, 2008, as part of the UBThisSummer Lecture Series.

The Four Seasons research program includes a survey run by an interdisciplinary team of UB researchers. The program, administered by the Regional Institute, seeks to document the experiences and opinions of Western New Yorkers aged 50 and older, individuals who are aging in place in a four-season climate.
