Regional Institute Director Named Woman of Influence by Business First

Regional Institute Director Kathryn A. Foster has been named one of the region's Women of Influence by Business First of Buffalo in recognition of her contribution to government policies and laws affecting business and industry. She will be recognized with 21 other female leaders in the region at an awards luncheon September 25, 2007.
